C: BB shoulder press 45x1x8, 50x3x8
D1: Overhead, DB tricep extension 35x3x8
D2: DB hammer curl 20sx3x8
E: Chest fly machine 3×8
F: Side bends 55x3x5
G: Suitcase walk 45×3 up and back
