Two-pack and some chocolate-covered raisins

Bench tips from Coker:

To help keep butt down, open legs wide and press through heels back (not up, as I have been doing). Almost make yourself slide along the bench toward uprights.
Press shoulder blades together to help with the arch. Push stomach up toward bar. Keep elbows in.
