Advice from Greg.
Sumo deadlift: Legs as far apart as possible and push shins up against the bar, keep head and chest up when descending to the bar (don’t even look at the bar), keep back arched, pull slack out of the bar, push knees out.
Conventional deadlift: Stand an inch away from the bar, separate feet a little and turn them out, grab underhand first with pinkie at knurling, grab overhand with inside flesh of thumb at knurling.
Need to box squat and narrow stance belt squat.
