Two-pack and some chocolate-covered raisins

A: Sumo deadlifts 185x?
B: Belt squat machine 50×3x10
C: One leg power runner 45×1x15; 70×3x15
D: GHR Supermans ?
E: Cable crunches Lev1; 12×3x20

For sumos, lift head first so bum goes down on pull. Almost like a lever.
