A1: Straight-legged deadlifts 3 x 8 with 70 lbs.
A2: Bent-over BB rows 3 x 8 with 70 lbs.

B1: Walking lunges 3 x 16 with 50 lbs.
B2: Pushups 3 x 15

C: Hyperextensions 1 x 30

D: Assisted pullups 3 x 2 with level 5

60 sec. rest btwn sets
