A1: Deep squats 4 x 8 with 78 lbs.
A2: Flys 4 x 8 with 22 lbs.

B1: Lunges off step 4 x 8 with 44 lbs.
B2: Military press 4 x 8 with 44 lbs.

60 sec. rest btwn sets

C1: Crunches 3 x 20 with 8 lbs.
C2: Flutterkicks 3 x 60

Little to no rest
