Two-pack and some chocolate-covered raisins

A1: Deep squats 5 x 5 with 100 lbs.
A2: Single arm tricep extension 5 x 5 with 17.5 lbs.

B1: Walking lunges 5 x 5 each leg with 50 lbs.
B2: Standing overhead press 5 x 5 with 50 lbs.

C: Chin ups 2 x 1

60 sec. rest btwn sets
