A1: Deep squats 5 x 5 with 100 lbs.
A2: Bench dips 5 x 5 with 25 lbs.

B1: Clean ‘n press 5 x 4 with 60 lbs.
B2: Stability ball pikes 5 x 8

C: Pulldowns 5 x 5 with 8 plate

60 sec. rest btwn sets
