A1: Strap flys
A2: 18″ step ups 5 x 5 with 40 lbs.

B1: Farmer walks 5 x 1 with 100 lbs.
B2: Strap single-leg squat

60 sec. rest btwn sets

C: Single db clean ‘n press 5 x 1 each side with 35 lbs. (no rest)
