A1: Deep squats 5 x 5 with 95 lbs.
A2: Arnolds 5 x 5 with 30 lbs.

B1: Narrow-grip pulldowns 5 x 5 at level 7
B2: Lunges off step 5 x 5 with 50 lbs.

60 sec. rest btwn sets
