A1: Pull ups 5 x 1
A2: DB lunges 5 x 5 each side 70 lbs.

B1: Deep squat thrusts 5 x 5 40 lbs.
B2: Dips 5 x 5 with 20 lbs. in lap

60 sec. res btwn sets
