A1: Deep-squat thrust: 5 x 5 with 40 lbs.
A2: Back flys: 5 x 5 with 30 lbs.

B1: J-Lo lunges 5 x 5 each side
B2: Side bends 5 x 5 with 45 lbs.

C: Explosive lunges 3 x 10
