A1: Deep squats 5 x 5 with 67 lbs., 1 x 5 with 72.5 lbs.
A2: Bench flys 6 x 5 with 50 lbs.

B1: Lunges off step 5 x 5 with 50 lbs.
B2: Bent-over db rows 5 x 5 with 50 lbs.

60 sec. rest btwn sets
