A1: Squats 5 x 5 with 117.5 lbs.
A2: Tricep extensions 5 x 5 with 30 lbs

B1: Step ups 3 x 5 with 30 lbs., 2 x 5 with 34 lbs. on 18-in. step
B2: One-arm rows 5 x 5 with 35 lbs.

C: Jacknives on ball 3 x 12

60 sec. rest between sets
