A1: Squats 5 x 5 with 115 lbs.
A2: Tricep extension 5 x 6 with 30 lbs.

B1: Cable-pull cross punches 5 x 7 each arm with 30 lbs.
B2: J-Lo lunges 5 x 7 each leg

C: Tower leg lifts 3 x 10
