Weights

A1 – Squats 3 x 5 with 90lbs.
A2 – DB bench press 3 x 7 with 60lbs.

B1 – Step ups 3 x 5 with 60lbs.
B2 – Chin ups

C1 – Single-arm db snatch – 3 x 3 with 35lbs.
C2 – Single-arm tricep – 3 x 5 with 15lbs

Rested 60 sec. between each set
