Legs

Warm-up
Squats: 3 x 8 with 94.5-lbs.
Lunges: 2 x 8 and 2 x 5 with 32.5-lb. dbs
Leg curls: 50 lbs.
Calf raises: 3 x 8 with 42.5-lb. db

Comments: On the lunges, I had problems with my grip on the super heavy dbs, hence the weird sets.
