Night:
Warm up (dog walk and very little rowing)
Squats: 3 x 8 with 94.5 lbs.
Lunges: 2 x 8 with 30-lb. dbs., 1 x 8 with 32.5-lb. dbs.
Stiffed-legged deadlifts: 3 x 8 with 90 lbs.
Calf raises: 3 x 8 with 40-lb. db.
Comments: I did two workouts today. My blood sugar was too low in the morning to get my leg workout done, so I did it when I came home from work.
