Legs

Warm up: 4 min. rowing (fish game) and stretch
Squats: 5 x 5 with 89 lbs.
Lunges: 5 x 5 with 30-lb. dumbbells
Deadlifts: 5 x 5 with 92.5 lbs.
Calf raises: 5 x 5 with 40-lb. dumbbell
