Warm-up: From Cathe’s 4 Day Split Bootcamp
Dumbbell swing: 1 x 10 with 25 lbs; 1 x 10 with 30 lbs.; 3 x 5 with 35 lbs.
Wood choppers: 5 x 5 with 35 lbs.
Side bends: 5 x 5 with 40 lbs.
Jackknifes: 3 x 15 with 1.5-lb. ankle weights
